Yes! All NumTool tools are 100% free to use with no hidden costs, subscription fees or usage limits. We do not require any payment to access or use any of our tools.
Do I need to sign up or create an account?
No, we do not require any registration, sign up or account creation to use our tools. All tools are available immediately without providing any personal information.
Is my data stored on NumTool servers?
No. All text processing and calculations are done locally in your browser. We do not store any of your data on our servers, ensuring complete privacy and security.
Do NumTool tools work on mobile devices?
Yes, all our tools are fully responsive and work on all devices including smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers with any modern web browser.
Are the calculations and counts accurate?
We use industry-standard algorithms to ensure the highest level of accuracy for all our tools. Our tools are regularly tested and updated to maintain precision.
Counter Tools Questions
How does the Word Counter tool count words?
Our Word Counter uses a sophisticated algorithm that recognizes words separated by spaces or punctuation, while ignoring extra spaces and line breaks. It counts all real words in your text accurately.
Does the Character Counter include spaces?
The Character Counter shows both counts: total characters including spaces and characters excluding spaces. You can see both values in the results section.
Can I count words in multiple languages?
Yes, our Word Counter supports all major languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic and many others.
How far back can the Date Calculator go?
Our Date Calculator can calculate dates from 1 January 1900 to 31 December 2100, covering over 200 years of date calculations.
Can I calculate business days only with the Date Calculator?
Currently, our Date Calculator counts all days including weekends and holidays. We plan to add a business days only option in a future update.

What units does the Length Converter support?
The Length Converter supports millimeters (mm), centimeters (cm), meters (m), kilometers (km), inches (in), feet (ft), yards (yd), miles (mi) and more.
Can I convert between metric and imperial units?
Yes, all our converter tools support both metric and imperial units, allowing seamless conversion between different measurement systems.
What temperature units are supported?
Our Temperature Converter supports Celsius (°C), Fahrenheit (°F) and Kelvin (K) with instant conversion between all three units.
What text cases does the Case Converter support?
The Case Converter supports UPPERCASE, lowercase, Capitalized Case, Sentence case, Alternating Case and Inverted Case.
Can the Percentage Calculator handle complex calculations?
Yes, our Percentage Calculator can calculate percentage of a number, percentage increase/decrease, percentage difference and more complex percentage calculations.
Technical Questions
What browsers are supported?
NumTool works with all modern web browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera and Brave. We recommend using the latest browser version for best performance.
Is there a limit to the amount of text I can process?
Our tools can handle large amounts of text (up to 1 million characters) but for optimal performance, we recommend processing text in chunks of 100,000 characters or less.
How can I report a bug or issue?
You can report any bugs, issues or technical problems using our Contact Us form. We respond to all reports within 24-48 hours.
Do you have an API for NumTool tools?
Currently, we do not offer a public API for our tools. If you're interested in API access for commercial use, please contact our team for custom solutions.
